Lakewood Youth Football Sign-Ups
Tuesday, June 7th in the
High School Atrium
6:00-8:00pm
Lakewood Youth Football is open to all students entering
grades 3-8.
*15 players need to sign up for 3rd grade in order to have a
complete team.
Cost is $100 per player.
(Payments will be accepted up until the first day of practice)
All equipment including: shoulder
pads, helmet, mouth guard, pads for pants, one pair of practice pants, one pair
of game pants, and both a home and away jersey will be provided by the
program. The only piece of equipment not
provided is cleats, though we do have a nice selection of used cleats that will
be available first come, first served.
Each player is required to turn in a sports physical before they may participate.
